Come and work with us in a sub-contract/self-employed capacity in the homes of our customers installing bedrooms, home office and living space furniture to an exceptionally high standard.
Earning Potential of between £200 and £300 per day, paid promptly on a weekly basis. Your earnings are all about your expertise, your adaptability and your speed. We will help you to be the BEST and our BEST installers earn £1,500+ per week.
You will get:
• Continuity of local work given to you well in advance or travelling work with paid accommodation if it suits, and with a contribution towards your fuel costs and parking
• All jobs pre-surveyed with full CAD drawings sent to you in advance
• All materials are delivered into the room of installation PRIOR to your arrival. You just arrive on the day of installation and get started! No need for a van, a lock-up or pick up from a service centre
• All fixings/hardware supplied and replenished free of charge
• We also offer a period of supported earnings whilst training you on our product including on the job training at our training academy with accommodation.
• During your first 6 months working with us, you’ll get enhanced payments to support you whilst you familiarise yourself with our product and operations.

• from technical support from your Field Manager or from our Technical specialists

The EMEA Employee Relations (ER) team supports Field Operations organizations across fulfillment and logistics business lanes. The central objective of our team is to ensure the treatment of employees that is fair, respectful, and consistent with the framework of our core business values and objectives. To support that objective, this position’s responsibilities fall into proactive and reactive categories. We are seeking an ER Manager with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence field operations managers, human resources, and contractors; to analyze multiple levels of employee and partner feedback to identify risks and gaps; to create, audit, and sustain positive workplace relations programs; and to design and conduct positive workplace relations training that drives best practices. The Manager also will work reactively on crisis-oriented situations that typically can only be successfully addressed under severe time constraints. The individual will work reactively on employee relations issues that may arise at a single station, within a specific geographic region, or network-wide. Balancing time between projects and crisis response is a critical component for success in the position.
The Manager will possess employee and labor relations expertise, excellent judgment, and highly-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. The Manager will be comfortable both presenting to senior leaders and communicating with frontline employees. The successful Manager will be a strong project manager, capable of independently owning large-scale, network-wide projects. The Manager will quickly become an important “source of truth” regarding whether the organization is meeting its core values and principles.
This is a full-time position that reports into the WW Consumer organization for Amazon.com. The resident location of the individual is virtual, in the geographic area of primary support and preferably in a location near a major airport convenient for air travel. This position will support sites across one or more operational regions (countries) so comfort with travel is key. The successful candidate must be capable of significant travel, sometimes with short notice.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven track record of confident communication and management of stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.
• Proven relevant experience in Industrial and employee relations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous or stressful situations.
• High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record leading quality programs with spirit of continuous improvement.
• Fluent English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience, training or certification.
• Fluent in other languages
• You are empathetic at your core; you love asking the right questions just as much as solving the problem.
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
